Service Description
The Information Technology (IT) department can help configure or troubleshoot supported software and applications on College-owned devices.
The IT department provides full support for the following applications:
The IT department will make a "best effort" to provide support on all other College-owned software.
Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
- Provide a detailed report of the software issue including the computer(s) affected and location
- User agrees to grant access to their office or work location to troubleshoot the software issue
- User agrees to grant remote access to their device (if applicable) to troubleshoot the issue
IT Responsibilities:
- Assist with software that is not starting or functioning properly
- Keep user informed of the status of request
