Login and Password Assistance

Service Description

The Information Technology (IT) department provides assistance to users who may have forgotten their password or are having problems logging in to College systems and services.

IT can assist with access to the following systems:

  • Canvas
  • Office 365
  • Self-Service
  • WebAdvisor
  • Colleague
  • Wi-Fi Networks
  • College-owned computers
  • EMS Campus
  • Recruit CRM
  • BadgePass ID Card System
  • QuickDocs

Self Service Options

Users have several self-service options for activating or resetting their NetID accounts:

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities

  • Provide a full description of the problem
  • Provide contact information
  • Provide proof of identity if a password reset is required

IT Responsibilities

  • Guide users through self-service password reset process
  • Provide manual password resets when necessary
  • Assist users in activating or claiming their NetID accounts for the first time
