How to Use Self-Service Password Reset
1. Navigate to https://portal.office.com
2. Type in your college email address in the sign-in field.
3. Click “Forgot my password” underneath your email address.
4. Type in your college email address once again, followed by the captcha code.
5. Select “approve a notification on my authenticator app” and click the “send notification” button.
6. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device and enter the two digit code.
7. Select “Text my mobile phone” and enter your mobile number.
8. Enter the code you receive via SMS.
9. Finally, enter your new password twice and you’ve successfully changed your password.
