Accessibility to your Middlesex College account while traveling abroad
All students, faculty and staff can be provided with access to their Middlesex College accounts (Office 365, Canvas & Self Service) while traveling outside of the United States. As a security precaution and to help prevent malicious activity, the College locks access to your Middlesex College accounts (Office 365, Canvas & Self Service) from locations outside of the United States. To accommodate travel, all students, faculty and staff can be provided with access to their Middlesex College accounts while traveling outside of the United States.
If a user is traveling abroad, please send a request to help_desk@middlesexcc.edu (7) days prior to your departure. Access can be provided to the region (or regions) you will be visiting.
In the request, please include the following:
- Middlesex College account information
- Students: XXXX@my.middlesexcc.edu
- Faculty/Staff: XXXX@middlesexcc.edu
- Region or regions you will be visiting, along with the dates
- Example: I will be in
- France on 3/18/24 – 3/22/24
- Germany on 3/23/24 – 3/25/24
- England on 3/26/24 – 3/29/24
Once access has been provided, the user will be notified. After the final noted date of travel, all access will be restored to the United States only
