Make sure that your zoom is updated. It is currently at 5.5.2 if you have not recently updated.
Then go into your settings and toggle the settings for "Closed Captioning"
Then when you log into your meeting, you will see "Live Transcript" on the bottom and click on it, and then Click on "Live Transcript - Enable Auto Transcription."
