We have implemented a new way to retrieve ImageNow documents for viewing documents in
Perceptive Content (ImageNow) for a record displayed in Colleague. This new method does not change
the use of “Binoculars” function in ImageNow client and acts exactly the same as the ImageNow button.
This new method will replace a custom ImageNow button on the following screens:
SASM, FASI, PINQ, RINQ, VEND, VEIN and more to come.
The new functionality is embedded into the Colleague UI: on the left-hand side there is an arrow. It will
be greyed out if it’s not available. Hovering your mouse over the arrow will display “Perceptive Content”
or “ImageNow”.
To view documents in ImageNow for a record in Colleague:
1. Bring up a record in one of the Colleague screens which has this functionality enabled.
2. Press the Arrow on the left hand side (black area) to open Perceptive Experience. If this
functionality is not available, the arrow will be greyed out.
3. You will get a Perceptive Experience login prompt. Enter your credentials.
4. At this point – all available documents you have access to will be displayed.
